USB play command

USB play command
I reformatted my USB and added more songs, I have now lost the PLAY voice command, every time I say PLAY it wants to dial, anyone know what has happened.
Do you have to wait for the USB to be indexed, it plays the songs okay but won't recognize the PLAY command.
