What affect does 3000GT (tour/sport) have on the car?

What affect does 3000GT suspentions (tour/sport) have on the car?
Is it somehow connected to the fuel pump?
how can i disarm the whole system?

It rotates a valve in the shock piston that affect the size of the orifrice. This will provide more dampening and make the suspension tighter.
