I own a 2012 Outlander SE (U.S. model), and the buttons on the steering wheel do not work when pairing my bluetooth phone. Is it a factory option? Also, it does not have a usb port in the console, just rca jacks. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Chris

 

Pull middle vents, undo 2 screws under them, pull radio faceplate.
If BT unit is present it should be below the radio:
