Default Big Time Problems

I am having big time problems with my '95 eclipse. It is idleing in the neighborhood of 4000 to 5000 rpm when I start it up.
I have tried replacing the Throttle control switch, the throttle position sensor and the Intake air temperature sensor none of which fixed the problem does anyone have any other insight as to what else it could possible be?

Im guessing then you tries adjusting the Biss screw as much as possible already. What did you do to the car when it started any mods or anything.

It doesn't drive well at all, as a matter of fact my power steering and power brakes have also lost power.

Another thing is that maybe after awhile the engine will kind of settle down but not really, it then will idle irregularly bouncing from around 1500 to 3000 rpm. Not a constant rev but and up and down like it is trying to find the right idle.
