Default RE: Breaking in?

I broke in my 6g73 motor with ~21 miles on the odo like it had 75k miles on it and it never burned oil. I broke in my 4g63t the same way and it purrs. I broke in my wife's V6 3.8L motor the same way and it feels stronger than the day we bought it.
I've broken in all my new motors like MotoMan and none have hated me for it. IMO, how else do you properly seat new rings? Not to mention, if the motor does crap out....it will be within the warranty time frame and not after

What I'm trying to say is...if you haven't caught it, drive it today like you would 3 years from now. If it's a new car, you want to break it sooner than later because your warranty is only 36k or 3 years. Granny driving it will only prolong the "break" to after the warranty time frame, that's their plan, lol.
