Car goes into 4 wheel drive on its own
I have a 1995 LS and just recently the four wheel drive light started to activate without me putting it into 4 wheel drive.
When I first drive the car (having sat for any period of time) it's fine. But if I drive a distance, turn the car off, and then start again, the 4 wheel drive will be activated. I had a transmission guy look at it and he said it's not mechanical with the transfer case and thought maybe it's an electric issue.
Anyone else have this happen??
