One thing, if you don't have to tee off of the bov then don't. Use the BCS' stock lines.

can you explain the tee of the BOV is that the vacuum line that comes off the top...i've looked at some other MBC installs and they all seem to do the same thing...one end goes to wastegate accuator the other goes to the line off the BOV...

The reason, and the only reason, one would tee off the BOV is because they have an aftermarket intake pipe and compressor housing that did not come with a boost source to connect to.
One bad thing about teeing off the BOV, the main concern, is the loss of pressure from the turbo compressor to the intake manifold. What that means is, when the turbo reaches, say 23psi (16G), the boost gauge will show 21psi, maybe 22psi, this is caused from pressure drops from the intercooler system (core and piping). Your first instinct is to turn up the MBC until your boost gauge shows 23psi. The problem with this is that your turbo is now just blowing hot air and is running ineffeciently past it's max psi, knock will soon persue if it isn't already knocking.

What's the cons of running it like stock? The opposite of what I typed above.

Don't copy those guys that tee off the BOV. I'll try to find the thread and post it for you.
