Ok, I think Mitsubishi was owned by Daimler Chrysler...at least I think so. But recently I read something that said DC dropped them. So, does anyone know, is Mitsu. on it's own? I'm really wondering because if they are by themselves would this mean the EVO X won't be on the caliber platform? I've never understood companies owning companies etc etc...

 

i dont believe mitsu was ever owned by dc they had made deals in the past aka DSM, but once agian it is a business deal mitsu is not owned by daimler chrystler, wheather they are in business together anymore or not im not sure becouse i heard the caliber-platfomeded-evo thing as well.

 

I kinda think theyre by there self now but still doing some parts with other people...i heard about a new engine that is suppost to very efficient that mitsu/hyundai/chrysler will use
