MMCS - "Mute" error

MMCS - "Mute" error
Hi All
I have a 2016 Outlander with MMCS. Today while I was driving, radio sound stopped and there was a simple "MUTE" white text on black ground in the middle of the screen. No functions now work. No button works. If I stop and start the car it goes through the standard splash screen and then the same "MUTE" message appears. Nothing works.... maps, sound, Bluetooth, camera. Nothing.
I have reset the fuse. No difference.
Suggestions?
