I'll start with Donny's dyno chart made at 17psi with a piggy back made with the pro kit, and there is no smoothing on this graph.



I've just learned that there may be a way to reprogram our ECMs through this Mynes Performance company that was just posted up today.

This is truely a breakthrough if it is legit, I put in a query with them to get more information.

 

wow that would be cool, but would that mean taking out the Emanage from you kit or making it an option if this seems to work?

I know the ECU flash for the EVO guys is a huge modd and very popular.

Oh yeah man, it's the ultimate way to tune your car. What I've always been jealous of, is that on Domestics they can reprogram their ECMs!

Ya def. keep an update on that stuff it would be cool to see the stock ECU unlocked on the 3G, I always here the myth about not being able to use a piggy back (of course by RIPPs mostly)

 

I am not trying to be an *** here, I actually want to know. What does Piggy back mean?

 

its something like the SAFC or greddy Emanage. used to tune the car but work with you stock ECU and has limitations depending on what type you use, versus a stand alone that is a new ECU with total control.

I guess you call it a piggy back since it is carried from the stock ECU and you have to splice into the stock harness. rather than a full replacment.
