I have a 95 and i am having a hard time with my oil pressure gauge. When the car is not moving the gauge say the oil pressure is low, when the car is moving is says that oil pressure is good. I guess what i am asking is why is the gauge moving?

 

because oil pressure rises with engine RPM.
