Hey, I'm wanting to install a new stereo in my new mitsu lancer (2002) but I've only got the wiring diagram for my new stereo, not the standard one. Does anyone know what colour wires are for what? or does anyone know how I can find out?? I dont really want to pay someone for something that I can do myself. try going to best buy's audio center and asking for a wiring harness for an 02 lancer. they should have it. i got mine for my 3kgt for 17 bucks.

 

all the wires on an after market harness match. buy harness connect like colors. mount deck. listen to music

 

i dunno, sometimes the stock wires are crap, you might just go buy some quality cables and redo the wiring yourself

 

wiring harnesses are cheap and easy... once you get it itll take you like... 10 min. to do...
