Ok well you are in NY. you could call up sean ivey. He is the best of the best when it comes to tuning street Evos on the east coast. Very very well known guy and very supported all around the Evo and supra scene.

call tell them your car and situation. They will work with you for the best results. You are in upstate NY and they are in NJ so it is a bit of a hike but you will never be disappointed with them even on a mail tune.

If you do a little research you could get a email tune as well. BUT that requires you to log your ECU with a laptop and tuning software and tractrix cable. then you email your logs to your tuner and they will adjust accordingly.

You could also wait for a road tune if any tuners have a schedule in upstate to come out and road tune others. A road tune is the best for your car. It is the most realistic tune for day to day driving, dyno tune would be next best then email and last would be mail.

you dont want any Joe shmoe to tune your car because it is vital and can make the difference of making more power and the car running well to the car blowing up the motor or running like crap
