Default twin exhaust

is it possible, with the shape of a 98 GSX, to have twin exhaust?

1) That would be less efficient than just the single

2) That would require a lot of fabrication work

3) It would look STUPID because it only has one 'cutout' in the bumper

I have seen a web page of a guy who did a lot of modifications to his Dodge Stealth, just giving a primer. He also converted from singe ended to dual exhaust, he mentioned, however, the original bumper had one cut-out but there was a marking line on the inside of the bumper that he cut to get the other end fit.

I am not sure if this applies to Blargennflargen but likely will be not worthwhile to undertake. Exhaust is a tuned system that has certain resonance pertaining to flow characteristics, any modification may result in a loss of efficiency/power as well as increased noise.

BTW, apostrophes screw up my ability to post long messages on this forum. Weird, heh? Sorry, I had to split my message so don't bash me.
