my 91' eclipse has some broken pannels in the back and the driver's side door pannel is ripped, and the door sags, so every time i open it the pannel catches and its driving me crazy, so does anyone know where i can get replacements?

 

I'm not sure if they'd still carry parts for a '91, but have you tried calling a dealership? Otherwise, maybe you could contact some junkyards and get replacements there.
