Eclipse Problems

I have a 97 Eclipse 420a converted to a 2.4 i recently found out that the guy that installed the engine for me didnt time it right, turns out i had to flip the cams around to make them 2.4 instead of 2.0 not a big deal.
but my rear main seal keeps leaking. ive replaced it once already and the car has only been driven about 1 mile. im sure once i actually get around to flipping the cams everything should run better. but the damn rear main seal is pissing me off.
not to mention i have to get a new transmission mount. do you think that is what could be ruining the rear main seal ?
let me tell you what i have done to it and maybe there is something im missing.
Overbore .20, Obx Intake manifold, Obx headers, Performance Cam gears, Lightweight underdrive pully, Short ram intake, polished crank, new engine bearings,
whats the deal ?

You cant "flip" they only go on one way from what i remember. And doing that doesnt make a car go from 2.0 to 2.4. The pistons, and crank are what convert to a 2.4, it have nothing to do with the head. If its out of time then check the came gears and make sure the marks are all lined up correctly

well what i was saying is that the timing on the engine is different because of the bigger pistons, on the cam gears themselfs one side says 2.0 and on the other side it says 2.4. the guy said that the timing on the crank has changed and i wouldnt get full power until i atleast flipped the cams to the reverse side. but im still not sure. i just need to take it to this guy and see what he can do for me, i dont have the time to be doing this stuff myself. besides he said he was the only one in his county that did 2.0 to 2.4 conversions. i just want my damn car to work again.
