Default 93 VR4 power loss

So here's the situation...I just did a tune up (plugs and wires) on my VR4, which was running rough at idle and killing gas. After doing this, she purrs like a kitten when idling and free reving but when I go to put it in gear and let off the clutch, the car wants to go dead. When it does move, it won't go above 3k and barely makes it there. Any suggestions??? I noticed a small leak coming from the flex hose running from the intake plenum to the turbo, I think. Anyway, It has an O2 sensor right below it. Could this be the problem?

boost leak sounds like the culprit. fix that small leak and check for others

Thanks man. Im new to the turbo scene. I've been running N/A V8's for a few years and these are a totally different monster. crazy thing is, the car was running fine as far as getting boost before, it just ran rough. Now, it runs great but doesn't have squat for power. Im thinking i may have caused that small leak when i detached the hose. Im hoping once i fix it, that will solve the problem. I know i have an exhaust leak as well but that is at the downpipe gasket. Would this kill the power as well?

honestly that small a leak shouldnt some people run straight pipe or test pipe to gain power when racing but back pressure is a tricky thing i dont see it doing it but i dont have that much experience on this subject but i do know my flexpipe is leaking and i still can feel most my power in mine

pull off the Mass air flow sensor. if it idles better and rev's fine, then you have a boost leak, and that's your problem.
