Default Crank but won't stay running.

Hey I drive a 93 Mitsubishi 3000gt vr4. I recently did a tune up. I replaced all 6 spark plugs and wires and a gasket under the intake manifold. While taking the intake manifold off I had to disconnect a hose going from the intake plenum to the another hose along the firewall. The hose broke, but insid the rubber hose is a plastic hose with a check valve. I have been told the proper name for the hose is the brake booster hose. That hose is discontinued. I've used a straight rubber hose and can drive but when I apply boost the engine stales. I've used a rubber hose with a check valve inside and the motor cranks but won't stay running. Any suggestion would be appreciated thanks group.

I figured it out thanks. Could you recommend any specific cold air intake?
