Infinity deck with aftermarket system
Check out a company called Metra. They make a number of cables to connect aftermarket amps and radios.
Call them they are very helpful, 800-253-TECH or go online at www.metraonline.com
They helped me sort out replacing the Infinity radio with aftermarket and connecting to original amp in my 94 3000GT. Did not need to go to radio installation store.

to hook up an amp to your stock head unit you have to buy RCA converter because your stock head unit does not have RCA hookups. this aint cheap neither. it would make everything alot easier if you jus bought an aftermarket head unit but you dont have to if you dont want to. i kept my stock one and jus changed out all my speakers including two amps and 2 10's and a capactor.
I am going to be installing a 2din dvd-mp3-am-fm deck but cant afford it atm after i bought the entire system. But I dont want to waste $$$ on a deck that will be taken out within a year so Ill wait.
