Default Just wondering

Hey guys, Ive found a 1992 3000 gt twin turbo VR4, The dash shows 120,000. Everything looks clean. Seems like a deal, owes 3k on his note, wants 4k for it. Whats the value on this? I dont have the money, but would it be worth taking out a loan and selling and make a lil extra Christmas money? I got some pics. ill post up later 2nite or in the morning. Its like a pearl white color.

4 grand isn't a bad price for the car, depending up the condition of course. I doubt you would be able to flip it for much of a profit though.

Not one that's 15 years old with 120k on the clock and a questionable service record...

4k is about the value of the car. But you'll never make more than that re-selling unless you find someone ignorant enough. Not to mention, normal service on those cars, especially around 120kmiles, your looking at a possible water pump, ABS, timing belt, maybe clutch...who knows...

you never know though. i mean if he did service the car well and everything was done then you may get alot of miles out of that engine. then when the engine breaks of dies, you rebuild it better and stronger.

With 120k, that car is worth between 5.5k to 6k, if it's real clean. I just sold a 92 with 74k, rebuilt trans, new paint, 93+ engine, PERFECT interior, for 7k. the resale sucks on these cars right now. If you buy it, plan on keeping in. For the amount of money you may make by selling it, it's not worth the headache.
