My dad went out and got a 91 vr4. IT needed a engine so we got that and put it in it. along with a timing, cluch, axel and other misc. parts. But we have been having big time problems with the timing belt. We put the engine together and in the car and it ran great for a couple miles. THen when we shut it down, it jumped time and wouldnt run again. we pulled the engine enough to fix the belt(which is alot if your working on a 3000gt) and put the belt back on and it ran again. We ran it another 5 miles and it did the exact same thing. Does anybody have a clue what is going on?
