Default newer engine in older 3000gt???

Im shopping for a engine. I have a 92, and want to keep the five speed. I found a pretty cheap engine from a second gen.

Would it be a "easy" swap? Or would the brains (ECU) jack with it?

Thanx

should be pretty direct. Im not sure you may need the 6spd getrag and T case from the 2nd gen. Other than that it is a def ok. WE have a 91 stealth RT TT with a 95 3000gt motor and tranny that we swapped in.
