Default smoking after long idle

When I let my car idle for awhile when I hit the gas it smokes. I suspect a seal in one of the turbos that is leaking. Any other ideas. And if so what does a turbo rebuild cost and where is the best place to have it done? And how do you tell which turbo is doing the leaking?

Pull your intercooler pipes off (at the Y) and see if they are coated with oil, that will let you know if your turbos are blowing by oil.
It could either be that, your valve stem seals, or your rings are starting to wear. A compression check will rule out rings. More than likely it is the valve stem seals though.
