Default suspension crass member bushing

I have a 94 Stealth. It appears we have a squeak coming from above the front suspension cross member where the lower control arm attaches. This bushing seems to go up into the frame of the car. Any idea if this is possible and what it takes to replace something like this. I put a wrench on it and it moves more than it should.

See if this helps the noise appears to be coming from above the mounting point of the control arm that is farthest towards the rear of the car. In looking at below the car, it looks like it is in the area above the bolt labeled 32166E

32171c is the bushing that holds the corner of the x-member and 32155C is a rubber stopper that is located above the bushing

if the stopper is worn out it will loosen the whole corner creating noise.

i think that would be the only way. the cross member would have to come down past the mounting stud.
