Default transmision

i bought my car from a private seller and it did not accelerate right. I cont. to have the problem even after changing the fluids, filter, etc. it recently died and figured out it had computer problems with the main computer and the transmision computer i replaced them and it now runs. but.. it is acting strange during its acceleration it will cut of or it will rev vary high but both only for about 3-5 sec. i would like to know how to fix the problem.

If your tranny has high miles on it, it may be time for a rebuild. Even thoug it is an ATX, it still has clutch packs in it. If you have a shop you trust you can have them check it out. Also if your up to doing the work your self, check out Import Performance Transmision Online.
