Mitsubishi 3000GT During it's production run, and after, the 3000GT was a pure sports car offering forced induction and all wheel drive, as well as smooth aerodynamic styling.

Default winter driven

Hi everyone my son bought a 1995 3000gt can anyone tell me if this is something he is going to be able to drive this in the winter. A mothers nightmare.

Get some winter tires, or at the least all season tires for the winter months and he'll be fine. These cars handle no differently than any other FWD car in inclement weather. If he has summer tires, he will be slipping and sliding all over the place.

but dear god...do NOT spool the turbo's unless you are fond of all wheel drifting. On the plus side, it is an extremely heavy car that handles well and has AWD.

P.S. I live in Canada where the winters might be a little different. I am parking my GTO for the winter for sure.
