Default Chev Luv, driven by a girl

My buddy is letting his high school daughter drive the Luv and with the primaries held to around a quarter to half throttle and the secondaries not active she is running 11.4's, getting use to the truck to drive in the High School Drags coming in May. Shift light is set for 5,500 and she has been cutting very good lights. He wants to let the primaries open fully but continue to leave the secondaries off and maybe drive 10.9's but I've driven the truck at that speed with the old engine combo and she will have her hands full to slow the thing down, she's about 5'3" and around 110lbs, manual brakes and 3000lbs. Very exciting!

Bob said she drove a 10.7 on only the primaries on Sunday and he went up two jet sizes because it was running lean, then it dogged down so when she ran the race she was slower than the dial-in by more than they were expecting and went out the first race. I was out of town still but did see Friday's slips of the other times when I stopped by Saturday on the way North. No race Saturday, only rain.

She's due for a good boyfriend, the one she has does not have a driver's license nor a joband doesn't care and her dad is not too hip on that. Strange. I had my license the day I turned 16, I could not wait to drive.
