Default Cruise Control w/not engage

Hello Everyone, I need some info. I recently had my struts, rack and pinion and timing belt changed on my 2002 Diamante VR-X. Now my cruise control doesn't engage the light is on but nothing happens. Could this be caused by something the repair technicians did? I'm not familiar with how the Diamante cruise control is set up or where the components are located. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I checked the hose and it seems to be ok. Is there anything else I should check?
