Default Drive Cycle issue

I've reset my 1997 Diamante computer with an OBD2 monitor and I can't get the monitor systems to reactivate. I can't have the car emission tested with more than two system unavailable. I've done multiple drive cycles that I've found recommended online (ie. cold start 3min at idle with a/c and rear defrost on, accelerate to 55mph at 1/2 throttle, hold for 5min, decelerate to 20mph without pressing brake, and repeat acceleration to 55mph). I've done this drive cycle multiple times and put over 300 miles on the car and it still won't show ready.

Does anyone have a trick or know of any other way to get these systems ready? The I/M guy I talked to said that after about a 60 mile drive, the car should have shown ready, drive cycles or not.

Also, the only thing I could think causing me problems would be losing power after shutdown, but I don't think this would be the problem as I have checked battery voltage immediately and 24 hours after shutdown. Also, I put 150 miles on the car on one startup with multiple drive cycles, and checked the car with an OBD2 before shutting the car off.

The specific systems that are not showing ready are:
O - oxygen sensor monitor
OH- oxygen sensor heater monitor
E - EGR system monitor
EV - EVAP system monitor
C - catalyst monitor

Thanks in advance for everyone's help on this.
