I recentlly purchased a pair of factory fog lights for my diamante. I plugged them into the factory harness that was there. Well there not coming on, does anyone have any prior experience or know someone that would know.

does your car already have a fog switch and relay installed?

 

It does not have a fog light switch installed, not sure about arelay switch because my 03 didnt come with a manual. How ever I figured when I plugged them up to the factory wiring harness that was there they'd come on with my headlights. Guessing I was wrong, lol.

 

pictured below is the relay box in the engine area letter "H" is the fog relay if its not there you'll need one. you will also need a new headlamp switch for a car with foglamps.

the relay part number is MR588567 and the switch number is MR243170 the parts will cost you $83.00 goto mitsupartsman.comand search those part numbers to order them.
