Nope. Stuck in a dealership. They have had the car since Tuesday and have not been able to diagnose the problem. Allegedly I am only going to have to pay for 1 hour of diagnostic work.
Typical dealership ridiculousness. I assume they are pondering the problem, at best, between working on new more expensive cars. My best guess is that there is a wiring issue upstream of the ETAC ECU. Correct me if I am wrong but the only ‘computer’ that controls those 3 functions, Interior lights, stereo, directionals, is the ETAC ecu. As previously noted I have already tried simply replacing it with a junkyard one.

I really only need to get the turn signals to work to pass inspection. Anyone know of a way to do that outside of the normal electrical system?

> Never answered: 'aftermarket' install of trailer wiring? I couldn't find 'factory' wiring leads. ETACs' also controls security - immobilizer. Not sure what else.
Keep me/us posted. Best,Jeff

Aftermarket would describe the connector between the cars wiring and the trailers wiring. It is a common trailer towing accessory that allows you to add trailer wiring. I have benn using it for years and it came with the car. Made by Curt Manufacturing.

OK,gotcha. I've used them as well.
Looking at my online manual, everything points to ETACS. Did you compare serial & model #'s of replacement ETACs?
They did change them during production run.
Because you stated "engine runs",etc. without programming, I'm suspect of that ebay module...
I would strongly suggest you spend the $15 for an online manual.
