I have a 2011 Endeavor with 42000 miles on it. The other morning I went to start it, it made a noise like there was no oil in the engine when there was. I have had it for just a little over a year and this was the first time this has happened. It had been started about 12 hours earlier and was fine. Now it makes a slight noise when I first start it. I am calling the dealership but wanted to see if this was out there some where
