Default 2006 Endeavor Cold Engine Noise

I just purchased a 2006 Endeavor and started it up this morning. The engine was making a very loud, rattling noise when it started up. The noise subsided as the engine warmed up. Is this normal for the engine to make such a noise when it is cold? I have a video attached with the noise. Please help! Thank you!!

That sounds like the death rattle... Collapsed lifter / you will blow your bearings in the rocker arm assembly and ruin your motor.... Bad news pull the heads and redo them...

Default Seriously

I took my 05 Endeavor to Mitsubishi Master Mechanic. He called it the death rattle..

Checked the oil by changing it and had brass it the oil. Always used Mobil EP 5-30 and changed at 5000 miles.....
