Heater blower issue

Heater blower issue
My 2006 Endeavor LS is not blowing heat through floor. Whatever fan speed or duct I select, it only blows through windshield. It looks like it the same for AC, but I always used to put on MAX AC. It works fine when I put it on MAX AC. ANy one have any ides?

if you find anything out, please post it on here. the dealership told me i needed an a/c case housing. which im not sure what it is, the manual does not mention it by that name. if you need any pics from the manual i will do my best to upload them.

how long have you had your endvy? is it something that just happend, or do you know?
mine was like that when i got it, i just never noticed, lol cause like you i just put it on max ac and defrost, which all work fine.
