New 2011 Endeavor owner a few questions

Does the console shift indicator Illuminate? Mine doesn't light up.

Do the door switches for locking, mirror and power Windows illuminate?

I don't know, you can try shining a flashlight at them and seeing if it looks transparent at all.

You could call a dealer and ask.
