we installed by ourselves. it took us probably 8 hours but it doesn't start. it makes a sound like it wants to start but I am not sure if it is the battery. we checked all the wires and they are connected like the instructions. wanted to know if someone did it and how you solve it?

 

Hi, I have an'04. Year is yours?
I don't know brand,etc. of the remote starter system,or instructions.
Does it mention anything about the 'immobilizer'system interface?
If you've double checked install, that's where I would look to the problem.
Is your battery and cables up to snuff? Check fuses?

>Does it 'click' only,or engine 'spins' over (whirring)...?
Does the alarm system work?
