Can someone please tell me how to loosen the serpentine belt on my '04?

On other cars I usuallyjust loosen the alternator and that would allow meto adjust the serp belt, however, on the Endeavor the guide pulley in the center has a bolt underneath it which I removed, and nothing happened. I can't find a nut or bolt that willloosen the belt. [:@][:@]

I hear a whining noise that sounds like one of the pulley's bearing are going out. I can't determine which one of the pulleys is causing the whining sound. I need to remove the belt so that I can check the pulleys.

Anyone else run into this?
