evo 1 wont start

Default evo 1 wont start

hi, im after any advice i can get about my evo1, basicly, it only sparks on the one coilpack (it has 2) ive tryed changing the coil pack, the ecus has been sent to be repaired, came back and the problem is the same i have tryed it on another evo and that started fine with my ecu on it, the cam position sensor has been changed as has the ignition amplifyer and also the entire loom, am i missing somthing obvious or can anyone give me any advice?? cheers!!

You must have missed a wire issue, check all grounds associated with the coil packs and triple check the wiring for those packs. Check for voltage to each pack also, get the OHM specs and check that too.

hi thanks for the advice, just been over the car again, cleaned up every ground piont i can find, checked and rechecked all connections and wiring, but still no joy. any ideas on where i could find out about what the ohm readings should be on the coils? i have found that if i bridge the live from the working 1 to the other it will then spark (but obviously then plug 1 and 2 are fireing at the same time as are 3and4) its the coil that controls 2 and 3 that isnt working if thats any help, cheers!
