Default 2017 Outlander USB Port Connectivity

I just got a 2017 outlander. everything works great, except the USB Port. I tried to connect a pen drive, SD Memory with a usb cable adapter without any positive results. system is not reading or recognizing my sd memory or pen drive.

Any fixes available for this issue?

it only really is meant to work as an IPod dock. If you have an iPod and it's cable in there....it automatically adds it to the music system and can scroll through it. Did the same thing myself...till I noticed the iPod was greyed out on the music sources list.

Do you try another USB? Or do you think the error from USB?
