1995 to 2000 2.4L swap

1995 to 2000 2.4L swap
I have been searching for 2 days and I can't find info on if a 1995 galant S 2.4 will fit into a 2000 ES, The 1995 is distributor and the 2000 has coil packs. If anyone knows of a thread that has this I would love to read it.
