I am looking into a 96 galant s for $1495. It has 129,000 miles on it and no obvious dents or damage to the outside/inside of car. Its missing the emblem up front and the little grill thingies on both sides of the front of the car. Its an automatic too. Is this a decent deal or should i look for something else? I only have 2000 bucks to spend and delaware doesnt really have any good deals around right now for that price. Thanks.

 

That is a great price for a 7G. Drop in a 4G63t and become a sleeper.

 

A friend sold me his 96 galant s for $ 2000 it had 130,000 miles its giving me alot of problems things like belts, shocks, water pump, distributor assembly, headliner, cv joints, oil liks, you name it. i had to rebuild it . the thing is i really like my car. i would say good luck!!
