Default Bad shudder when decelerating at high speed

hey guys, I have a '00 Galant (2.4L 4spd Auto) with a hair under 160k, and it has one hell of an annoying & potentially dangerous problem. When Im on the highway accelerating, everything is fine, but when Im doing 65-70 at around 25-2600 RPM & lay off the throttle just a bit, like to drop it down to 60 or so, the whole car jerks & shudders. It feels like when a rookie is driving stick & they don't know how to use the clutch, but worse.

I know my motor mounts are bad, but it doesn't jump when shifting from P-R or N-D. Did a tranny flush not long ago (problem existed before flush, no filter just flush) replaced both cats & o2 sensors (was throwing code for cat warmup efficiency below threshold) & I seafoamed the throttle body today because it looked like someone dumped a pail of tar in there.

I bought the car after Hurricane Sandy because she stole my last cars (01 taurus & 88 nova) so I don't know what the previous owner did as far as maintenance on it.

Overall though, the car funs, upshifts fine, downshift can be a tad harsh, but just feels like a bad mount, idles on the low side, around 600-700 RPM when warm & only code at the moment is P0136 for Downstream o2 sensor, but Im going to take a look at it tomorrow since I have a feeling the Bosch "Smart Link" splice either came loose or I miswired it because I couldnt find the damn manual.

Any help would be great
