Blower motor in galant 95

Blower motor in galant 95
blower in my 95 galant doesnt work. Any ideas if it cud be a bad motor or bad resistor. It used to work intermittent, and one day stopped working completely. Any ideas where the two are located???

A bad resister would cause all of the lower speeds to fail only. I wouldn't cause the highest speed to fail because at that point, full voltage is applied to the motor and is bypassing the resistor. Disconnect the plug at the motor and check for voltage and ground with a cheap test light.
