Question Car Alarm Not Disarming When Opening Door Using Remote

Hi. How are you? I have a 2010 Mitsubishi Galant SE. The left front fender, bumper, and headlight was recently damaged by a motorcycle. We took the car into a body shop. They fixed the costmetic damage but a new issue appeared that wasn’t there before. When you open the car using the remote control, the door opens, but the car alarm is not disabled. When you physically open the door afterwards, the alarm goes off. You have to press the unlock button again in order to turn off the alarm. Also, when unlocking the car in the past, one unlock button press would open the driver door and the second button press would open the other doors. Now only the driver door opens. You have to open the other doors using the door unlock button inside. Upon looking at the invoice from the body shop they replaced one of the horns in the engine compartment near the bumper and they also removed the driver door cover as well as the left rear view mirror. Does anyone have any idea how the fix it so that the alarm system functions the same way as before? Is it possible that they connected something incorrectly when putting the door back together again? Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this issue? I have tried everything I can think of including resetting the functions in the touch display but that didn’t fix this issue. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
