Default Electrical problem???

Hi all!

Here's what's goin' on (all started occurring at the same time): my automatic door locks don't work unless the car is turned on, my interior light does not work at all, and my radio seems to be "rebooting" everytime I turn the car off and on (it doesn't save any of my settings and defaults the time to 1:00am)...I had the fuses, alternator, battery, and starter looked at and they are all fine. Another thing I noticed was, usually if I leave my carlights on after turning off the vehicle I here a loud "beep" and then the car automatically turns them off for me...now they will automatically turn off as soon as I turn off the engine without the "beep" warning. Someone mentioned it might be a fusable link? If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!
Vicky

Vicky

Interested to know if you found out what the problem is. Have been to a dealer and they can't find anything wrong....

Many thanks

Hi! The problem was a fuse in the engine compartment. In there we have a "yellow" clip that holds two fuses and one of those was burnt out.
