Default fogging inside car

1994 2.4L Galant ES- the inside of my windshield fogs up in the cold wether. Had theAC checked and is fully charged and works in the summer. The heat is working, that is, hot airis being deliverd but not with as muchvolume(as opposed to temperature). Could it be the heater core or is there some kind of condenser/vapor remover within the car that is not functioning? Appreciate your help

Its probably nothing to worry about, if it were your heater core, you would have smelled it by now.
