Default fuel pump relay 2003 Galant

I have no power going to the fuel pump/fuel sending unit. The fuel pump is new and the car will run if I run a jumper wire from the battery to the fuel pump. I need to check the fuel pump relay but the owners manual does not list it and a Haynes manual does not show the location of the relay or even a wiring diagrahm.

would be nice to know what you're driving.

and its most likely got nothing to do with the relay. under the assumption you have a 2000 or newer, you probably dont have the correct key for the car and its immobilized.

The reason I wanted to check the fuel pump relay is the car will turn over and if you spray carb cleaner into the intake manifold the engine will start. If the key is the problem does it effect just the fuel pump relay or are there other problems besides no fuel. Thanks dins.

I am not sure how to post so I thought I would try and reply to a post simular to my problem. Please excuse my ignorance on the site as I am new here.
I have a 2003 Galant with no power to the fuel pump. Fuses are all good, relays are all good and fuel pump is new. Any ideas?
