HELP 02 galant battery change no start

Default HELP 02 galant battery change no start
We have a 2002 galant, the battery was about three years old and we took it back before the warentee expired and got a new one. Came back put the new battery in and now the dash, turn signals (front and back), and the drive lights (P N D, etc) all just flash and get no engine noise.

you probably just got a faulty battery take it back and get another one
