My car is 2002 Galant ES 2.4 liters and in 110,000 miles. Couples weeks ago, my car got a water flooded but not very serious. Now, a weired thing happened, that is when I switch from reverse to drive, I can feel the car jerk which is felt like a jump. I am very sure after the car stop completely, then I shift to drive. Also, each time when I accelerate, the car vibrates at some speed, but the vibration is off if I step the gas. Moreover, if I drive using the cruise control in the highway, the car runs perfect and there is no vibration. If there any body have the same experience? By the way, I have sent my car to the Mit dealership in my city, they took my one week to check it. They suggest me to change the engine mounts, but after I went to another auto service and let them checked my engine mounts, they told me my engine mounts are fine.
