Name on the models...
Ok, I got some Galants and I live in Sweden. The names on the cars here and "over there" isn't the same, so I'd like to know what you call my cars...
One is a -89 Galant "GLSI" hatchback, has a 2 liter injection engine, 8 valve, 108 hp.
One is a -89 Galant "GTI" hatchback, has a 2 liter inj. engine, 16 valve, ~140 hp.
One is a -89 Galant "GL" hatchback, I don't know the size, but it has a carburator, 8 valve.
What are your names on these cars?
Is the names I have for the European market onley?
Gunnar.

I'm not sure what the correlation is between the names you have and ours here in the states but the european market for some odd reason usually has different names for thier cars. Like my Nissan Sentra you may know by the name of Nissan Sonny I believe.

In the US market, the 1999-2003 Galant models are:
DE/ES/LS - 2.4L I4 4G64
ES V6/LS V6/GTZ - 3.0L V6 6G72
The trim levels denote the level of options on the car, for example, LS comes with leather seats from the factory.
